Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns on:

• Items damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped.
