At BelleSkirts, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains your rights and our process when cancelling an order.


Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. As we aim to process and ship orders promptly, we strongly encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched by the time your cancellation request is received, we are unable to stop delivery. In this case, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and then submit a return request under our [Refund and Returns Policy].

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt, so you will not be left without a resolution.


Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is successfully processed before dispatch:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • No cancellation fee is charged.

Orders Placed in Error

If you placed an order by mistake (wrong size, wrong item, duplicate order), please contact us immediately using the details above. We will do our best to amend or cancel the order before it is processed, though we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun.


Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If a cancellation request is submitted outside of business hours and the order ships before we can act on it, it will be treated as a return upon delivery.
